Welcome

You don’t have to figure everything out today.

Whether you’re feeling exhausted, wondering what needs to change, or simply longing for a healthier way to live, you’re in the right place.

Find my next step ->

WHERE ARE YOU TODAY?

Find the place that feels
most like you.

We all move through different seasons.
Which one feels closest to where you are right now?

Running on empty

I’m exhausted and don’t know where to start. I need some breathing room.

Looking
within

I’m beginning to see what is draining me, and I want to understand why.

Being
filled

I’m slowly learning to rest and receive, but there is room for improvement.

Growing stronger

I’m rebuilding healthier rhythms and want to keep growing.

Living from fullness

I’m in a healthier place and want to live, give, and maintain from here.

RUNNING ON EMPTY

You don’t have to keep pushing.

You’ve been carrying a lot, and perhaps you’ve reached a place where there simply doesn’t seem to be much left to give.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

[Matthew 11:28]

SOS I need help!

SOS! Start here when you have nothing left to give.

Five simple things you can do right now to slow down, steady yourself, and create a little breathing room. Don’t do anything else yet.

1. Breathe

Yes breathe, literally. When we feel overwhelmed or exhausted, our breathing often becomes quicker and shallower without us even noticing. Simply slowing your breathing can help your body to settle, calm your mind, and create a little more space to think and feel clearly. You don’t need to do anything complicated.

Try it now: Take 6 slow, comfortable breaths – breathe in for about 5 seconds and out for about 5 seconds. Don’t force it. Just slow down.

2. Stop

When everything feels urgent, our instinct is often to keep going, push harder, and try to get everything done. But when you’re already empty, continuing at the same pace only takes more from you. Sometimes the most helpful thing you can do is simply stop and decide what truly needs your attention right now.

Try it now: Ask yourself: “What absolutely needs to happen today, and what can wait?” Choose one thing you can postpone, cancel, simplify, or let go of for today or this week.

3. Notice

When you’ve been pushing through for a long time, you may become so focused on what needs to be done that you stop noticing what it is costing you. Taking a moment to check in with yourself can help you recognize what is draining you most and where you may need support or change.

Try it now: Ask yourself: “What feels heaviest right now? What is taking the most out of me?” Don’t try to fix it yet. Simply name it. Sometimes recognizing what is weighing on you is an important first step.

4. Notice

When you’re used to giving, it can be surprisingly difficult to stop and ask what you need. But running on empty is a sign that something needs to come in, not only that less needs to go out. Receiving care, rest, nourishment, support, or simply a quiet moment is not selfish – it is part of being human.

Try it now: Ask yourself, “What do I need most right now?” Maybe it’s food, water, sleep, quiet, prayer, encouragement, help, or simply a few minutes alone. Choose one small thing you can receive today – and allow yourself to receive it.

5. Reach out

Exhaustion can make us withdraw or convince us that we should be able to handle everything ourselves. But we were never meant to carry life alone. Sometimes the next step is simply letting another person know that things are heavy.

Try it now: Think of one safe person you can reach out to. Send a message, make a call, or ask for practical help. You don’t need to explain everything. You can simply say, “I’m really tired and carrying a lot right now. Could you check in with me?”

You’ve created a little breathing room. What now?

These five steps aren’t meant to fix everything. They are a place to pause when you have nothing left to give. When you’re ready, the next step is to gently look at what has been draining you and what may need to change.
